If you don’t like a ship that’s cool, everyone has their preferences, and we can all get along, I rarely agree with all of my friends’ ships and we all still get along really well. What’s not cool, is making accusations about other people’s ships and telling them not to ship their ships.
If someone ships a non-canon ship that does not mean you can say that your ship is better because it is canon. This does not mean you respect the original work more. You can say that non-canon ships “deviate” from canon, but that doesn’t make any sense, unless you’re a non-shipper. You’re still making fanart, fanfiction, fan mvs, and roleplays that were not creations of the original creator(s). You’re also deviating from canon.
Shipping a non-canon male/male ship does not mean “misogyny”. I don’t think you know what misogyny means. It means hatred of women. A fan is a misogynist if they call out female characters for actions that they let slide with the guys. If shipping a pairing without a female character is misogynist, then shipping a pairing that’s not gay is homophobiac and vice versa.
I don’t think a lot of people know what pedophilia means either. Pedophiles are attracted to prepubescent children. If one member of the pairing is an adult and the other is 10, then yes, that’s pedophilia. If one member of the pairing is an adult and the other is 16, then no, that’s not pedophilia, because a 16 year old is not a prepubescent child. You might not like the age difference and it might violate the age of consent laws in your area, but the person shipping it is not “promoting” pedophilia.
If you’re just shouting “pedophilia!” and “misogyny” and “disrespect!” then chances are you’re just upset that someone is not shipping your otp and you don’t want people to see you as whiney so you’re trying to make the other person look like the bad guy. Yeah, stop that, please.
